Our new Executive Chef Richard Skam along with our Pastry chef of over 30 years Karen Taylor, take pride in preparing culinary pleasures for our guests. They pride themselves on using only the freshest and finest ingredients. All our  baked goods are prepared in our own kitchen. Everything hot from the oven, muffins to delicious desserts are baked daily.

Throughout your stay at our family-friendly, American plan Muskoka resort you can expect to be served tasty and nutritious meals by our friendly and attentive wait-staff. There is no chance that you will go home hungry.

We serve three meals a day during the summer months (lunch is not included on day of departure); breakfast, lunch and dinner, and two meals (breakfast and dinner) during the spring and fall. And most evenings, we invite you to roast marshmallows by the campfire. The perfect end to a fun-filled day on the lake.

Delicious meals with lots of variation are prepared at every offering. During the summertime, Shamrock features outdoor lunches and barbecues so that you can take full advantage of this stunning lakeside setting.

Shamrock ensures that everyone enjoys their dining experience by providing a  dining room for families with older children and another for families requiring high chairs or boosters.

The dining room is fully licensed with a selection of fine wines available to compliment every meal.
