Our Executive Chef Stephen Lusk, along with our Pastry chef of over 35 years Karen Taylor and our kitchen team, enjoys preparing culinary pleasures for our guests. They pride themselves on using only the freshest and finest ingredients. All our baked goods are prepared in our own kitchen. Everything hot from the oven, from muffins to delicious desserts, are baked daily.
Throughout your stay at our family-friendly, Full American Plan Muskoka resort you can expect to be served tasty and nutritious meals by our friendly and attentive wait-staff. Our summer packages include dinner on arrival, three meals daily, and breakfast on departure.
During our off-season in the spring and fall, we offer only dinner and breakfast.
Delicious meals with lots of variation are prepared at every offering. During the summertime, Shamrock features outdoor dining (weather permitting) so that you can take full advantage of this stunning lakeside setting and have lunch and dinner on the patio.
