“Perfect small wedding venue!

We would like to thank Tim, Susan and the staff at Shamrock for providing an amazing wedding venue for ourselves and our 30 guests!! We were married on the weekend of October 4-6. We had a small ceremony by the water during the peak of the fall colors and our meals were served in their lovely sun-porch. Tim gave us a tour of the lake on his speedboat and we ended each night with a bonfire on the beach. We had exclusive use of the lodge and we were able to provide everyone with overnight accommodation.

The service was excellent, the location and lodge are beautiful and the food was amazing! And although the weather forecast called for thunderstorms, they even managed to hold off the rain for us! Shamrock is the perfect place for an intimate wedding!”

Excellent for Muskoka Weddings

We just got married at Shamrock in mid-September 2014 – we rented out the entire property for the weekend with our 75 guests and had a blast. We wanted a rustic, down-to-earth, laid back celebration that would reflect our personalities, and Shamrock turned out to be perfect.

Amazing, homemade food. Great views. Campfires, shuffleboard. Charming, cottagey feel to the whole place. It’s family-run, and you can tell right away based on the personal touches and the friendly staff. Most of our guests stayed at the lodge with us for 2 nights, so it was basically like spending a whole weekend relaxing and hanging out with all the people we love. We have been inundated with compliments about our choice of venue. Good prices. And best of all, the lodge staff (especially Susan) were all really easy to work with in terms of helping us get the details right. We love Shamrock!
